Is there a minimum order quantity?

Although it varies depending on the product, orders can be made from 10 sets of steel boxes, 100 flexible container bags, 30 custom pallets, and 20 Euro pallets. We also accept small trial orders, so please contact us first.

How long will the delivery take?

Standard products can be shipped in as little as three business days depending on stock availability. For custom-made products, the initial delivery time is approximately one to two months depending on the specifications. Urgent orders may also be possible, so please contact us if you are in a hurry.

What is an IPPC compliant pallet?

IPPC (International Plant Protection Convention) compliant pallets are pallets that have undergone heat treatment and other processes to prevent the international movement of wood pests and are marked with a special mark. This is a standard required by many countries when importing, and all of our wooden pallets are IPPC compliant.

Can I rent a steel box?

Yes, we offer rental plans for short-term use. Rental contracts are available for one year or more, making them ideal for temporary use during busy periods or for trial implementation. Please contact us for details.
